Role of positioners

A positioner is a device used for positioning objects during welding, abrasive treatment or construction. Ferris Wheel positioners are particularly handy while processing long and/ or massive constructions which at the same time require very precise treatment. Owing to three servo-controlled axis of movement which are fully synchronized with robot control system, it is possible to quickly and accurately achieve the desired position of an object. Consequently, it is possible to shorten the production time and improve the quality of welds.
